Data acquired will be processed by Grant Thornton to research and recruit personnel to be included in their organization and to evaluate whether their profiles meet the company requirements, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation.
Disclosure of data is mandatory, therefore, the refusal to provide such data or to allow their following processing will imply the impossibility for Grant Thornton to insert data in their databases and, subsequently, to consider your job application.
We invite you not to provide us with personal data relevant to criminal sentences and offences, or data belonging to special categories[1], except for those being strictly necessary for the establishment of a working and/or contractual relationship (e.g. the belonging to a protected class). In this case, we inform you that data belonging to special categories can be processed only upon receiving your explicit consent. Otherwise, your data will be removed from our databases.
Data can be disclosed to data processors, which Grant Thornton engage within outsourcing relationships, as well as to people authorized to personal data processing under the direct authority of the Controller or the Processor for the purposes of this statement.
Data will not be disclosed or disseminated and will be processed by Grant Thornton for the whole term of the contract and afterwards for the execution of all law fulfilments provided. The processing is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. The processing of data is carried out only in one Member State of the European Union (EU) or in one Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Data relevant to your profile and to the outcome of the recruiting process will be stored in case of future personnel research being consistent with your profile.
